Even though it's a light resin shift knob it has a very good form factor. It's small and i can grip it with my whole hand and even though i don't shift very gently at times it holds up very well. The retaining nut is also plastic, but the chrome on it is very high quality, even for a cheap product Razo made it like it was a high end one. It says it requires threads but my shifter has a 12 mm rod with no threads, i gently hammered the adapter and then installed the whole assembly: nut > then the adapter> then the knob (otherwise you'll end up with the nut not being able to retain it) I like it so much that i'll get some other metal shift knobs from them.
