Series Type Regulator
Dont waste your money buying a SHUNT style regulator. All they do is damage your stator. And no the new MOSFET regulators are not much better. There still a shunt style. They regulate by shorting your stator to ground. Series style regulators (Cycle Electric) do NOT short any power to control power. They actually regulate the power used with high tech electronics.
