Higgins Safflower Gold is really good for parrots. It has NO sunflower seed (very fatty for birds) and my parrots love all the safflower and other good stuff.

This IMO is an excellent mix for my macaw. she loves it and does prefer the macaw / cockatoo large hook bill . over the parrot mix. Hopefully you will always have this available for my bird. i do maybe 25 pound bag every 1.5 months. I mix it with mixed veggies, walnuts and a few zupreem fruity pellets on the top. But this is her main diet and has been for many many years.
