The lens is compact , light and easy to use. Being SLII works well with your Nikon gear I use it on D800 and Z5 no problems. Z 5 requires adapter of course.

Easily one of my most used lens’. Perfect for portraits but I use it for pretty much everything except landscapes. It generally has not left my Fuji XT-2 since I got it. Works great with focus peaking but I usually just set the hyperfocal distance using the scale on the lens and fire away without needing to worry about focusing.
