Print quality is very good. Product set-up was a breeze. The only negative I have about this printer is the noise it makes when printing. I ran a trouble-shoot and followed all of the instructions which made no difference. The ink cartridges are installed correctly. From other reviews I have read the noise when printing seems to be the way this printer operates. Other than that I love this printer and all it has to offer.

PIXMA? Yes, that's a weird name. But it's a nice machine! We haven't tried it as a FAX yet, but LOVE the print from anywhere in the house option! No printer cable required. Print quality is quite acceptable. And speed is as expected. Only gripes are: 1. the cost of ink cartridges. Haven't tried aftermarket or re-manufactured or re-filled cartridges yet. 2. if installed as recommended, an entire corner of your Windows 'desktop' will be occupied by printer stuff after each boot-up! That seems a bit excessive.

So far the printer works good. The problem was getting. I kept track on fedex and it just kept showing the shipping info and the date it was to arrive. That day came and no printer. I contacted the person whom I bought it from. She said she would send out another one, which she did, but the shipping info was the same. The same tracking number. So my assumtion is that the first one was never sent out. I don't believe the same shipping number would have been used. I don't think they would have used the same number.

This is a nice printer for the price however, I tried to set up the wireless connection to my computer several times and it wouldn't print...so I have to use a USB cable to be able to print from my computer...But it prints really nice photo's and documents. :)

It's a good inexpensive printer. Does a good printing text or copying text. Does OK printing pictures. The Canon printer I replaced did a better job on pictures. If I want to print a picture that's going to be a keepsake, I have it done at a drugstore. Prices are reasonable. For the money, this is a good printer. Knowing what I know now I would have no problems purchasing this printer again.

We just received our printer, and it appears to have been a good decision. We had a Pixma 922,that went bad , and now we are trying our luck with this MG 3620. It has been very easy to set up. We were able to print as soon as set up was completed, and also setting the scan has been relatively easy. Now we will see how long this unit lasts functionally.

I received the printer a few days early and it was in good shape. I expected the printer to come with an ink supply and it did not. I did not read the complete offer. The printer works fine, this is my third printer of the same model. It lasts about 3 years or so and fits my needs. My only complaint is that the ink is very expensive and when I use a remanufactured ink, it screws up the printer. Lastly, I received the Model 3620 not the 3520 which I was happy about.
