The phone came in a little dirty and the screen is slightly damaged on the left side. The battery doesn’t last very long but I don’t find it dying within minutes. Overall the phone works well, it looks nice and for the price it’s pretty good. My only complaint is that the phone came in slightly dirty. 4/5

IPhone 5S looked Great but cost money to fix screen problems
While the iphone looked new out of the box, once we started to use it, we have problems with the screen and had to take the iphone to Apple for diagnosis. The following is from their diagnosis report (cost to replace the the display was $129 + tax): Problem Description/Diagnosis Issue: - customer reports the display multi touch has issues with accuracy Steps to Reproduce: - verified issue via recorded videos that customer provided (keyboard wasn't accurate / couldn't swipe up to close apps etc) - unit powers on and functions at this time - however MRI Diagnostics shows Ambient Light Sensor is not working and battery is consumed - customer declined battery replacement for now - customer reports data is NOT backed up but understands the potential risk of data loss without a backup - customer is also aware of potential higher repair cost if signs of liquid damage or third party modifications are found Cosmetic Condition: - good - minor dirt Proposed Resolution: - replace displayRead full review

Turned out to be a good buy. 5S is a step down from 6, but I like its small size and it was effortlessly upgraded to ios 12! Battery doesn't hold a charge well especially in cold weather. Just wish I knew how to access my network data through settings. Overall, it is nice to enjoy an iPhone experience at Android price!

Very good phone
I like the smaller size, much easier to carry and to handle. Very fast OS, good battery life if you turn off un-needed background programs. If you don't do any tweaking, the battery will run down in less than a day. But with the adjustments I get excellent life from the battery - about 2 days if I don't do a lot of browsing or talking. I believe that Windows Phone has more features and is more useful for productivity, but alas Microsoft seems to be abandoning it as there is very little development and little incentive for new apps for that ecosystem. Too bad. However, I can say that Microsoft makes some very nice apps for iPhone - the top one in my book is Word Flow. If you are still typing on your phone using the hunt and peck system, you must give this one a try - a much smoother and quicker way of text entry. At any rate, the iPhone 5s is a very good phone. If you don't have to have a large size screen, you will be happy with it.Read full review

This iPhone is a wonderful tool, but the battery runs down quickly. I solved this by carrying a charged battery pack around, but having a longer lasting battery would be better. Other than that, I'm happy with this phone.
