This is one of a few animation hole punches available. The tolerances are tight and match American ACME peg bars. Compared to other animation punches I have used in classes, this one is small enough to be portable. The construction quality seems very good. I haven't tested it on cels yet. If you are in need of a punch but don't need a full table set up this is worth a look.
