The chair puts-together fairly easy. It is very comfortable and a joy to lounge in. My only improvement thought is : I wish they used Velcro straps for the pad instead of tie-straps. Seems I take the pad off and on frequently to avoid it getting wet with many possible rain events and heavy morning dew. It’s an easy fix though. Other than that, it’s a terrific lounge chair

It's cheap, welds are hideous, but it holds a body. Paint is easily scraped, bars are crushed if bolts are tightened to much. (To be expected) We shall see how the fabric holds up. The tools included are obviously cheap, the little wrenches slip, Not the same size as nuts. Just a wee bit larger. The Allen wrench is good, never slipped once. It's a little springy when sitting in it, wish it was little thicker steel to absorb that. Kind of awkward getting in and out, but you'll get used to it. It's made in China, so I got what I paid for. It's something to keep the wife off my rear end.

My daughter and I both got these for Mothers' Day. We have both separately had them tip over while we were sitting in them. Mine tipped over when I went to sit in it while the chair was turned sideways. Had no idea the center of balance was so temperamental and the whole chair flipped forward and I land on the hard ground still sitting in the chaise. Just today my daughter took a spill in her's. She was laying in it when her 3 year old daughter walked over to the front of her chair where her feet were and gave a slight push. The chair, with my daughter on it swung back slightly and then swung forward and the whole chair tipped over just missing landing on my grandaughter's foot and my daughter landed hard on the ground. To answer someone else's previous question, no, there is no way to stabilize the chair so it doesn't sway or so it is stable when you try to sit in it. There are also no warning tags or instructions to tell you that the chair has to be pointing to the front when you sit on it. In my opinion these are very dangerous.Read full review

If used outside, water will puddle in the center of the seat and must be removed daily to stop staining and having a wet butt when you sit in it. Also the umbrella did not last a week. When I contacted the company about a new top, which I would have even bought if I had to. I was treated with disrespect and bad wordage. I would not recommend buying anything from these people. Very bad customer relations to say the least.

Love the chair... love the size of it... it’s much bigger then I thought.. but if I HAD to find anything “wrong” with this purchase it would be the minor damage from either packing or the shipment. It’s a very large box that weighs 89lbs... very heavy to carry. Other then that I’m 100% happy with this item
