It is clear the design engineers for the Kenlin Rite-Trak II system realized there was a design flaw in their original product and corrected it by adding the stamped metal reinforcements. I saw little to no wear on the front tapered glides after 6+ years of regular use, but 4 of the 10 rear brackets have failed on our dressers. I suspected it had something to do with my wife's overstuffed drawers, but none the less hardware should not fail on nearly new furniture. After replacing so many separately, I chose to preemptively replace all of 10 brackets on 2 dressers and bought 2 sets of 5 @ $35 per set. I haven't had a bit of trouble since and now we have many front and rear plastic brackets as spares to ensure our $1500, circa 2010, bedroom set lasts for many more years to come. I still see many listings providing the unreinforced versions. Do not buy any of those unless you want to make replacing them a habit. Only the metal reinforced design is a reliable permanent fix.Read full review

They don't seem to fit quite properly. The largest plastic piece that fits at the end of the metal rod doesn't seem to be quite a perfect match. I think the mold that made these is a bit off. Takes some serious pounding to get it into place. Other pieces seem fine.
