The Ninja box was dilapidated & literally falling apart 😳.
I am just glad that all of the items were in the box & accounted for. Because I wouldn't have wanted to piece that box back together again. I was upset with how it came & that it could actually be re-sold like that @ that price! NOT happy that it had to be completely washed down & taken apart to be/look clean.. Trust me if I had known I would have spent the extra money & purchased a new one. I KNOW NOW.
Best to get the real thing...I tossed mine after a couple months
After having it for a couple months there is a strong heated plastic smell that gets trapped in the chamber and contents and I'm assuming it's toxic so I threw it away. The lid is not secure also so when heated food was being blended the lid popped off. Had my OEM blade for 5 years and it never failed til I accidently stripped the gear sprocket by taking off the blender stand while in gear. Too bad , price was good compared to OEM blade.
I was looking for something that was high powered enough to whip very fast so I can make creams. Yes lotions and creams. And the power of this thing ...it’s like hearing a motor cycle reving up it’s engine. I can update once I actually make a few batches but It seems to surpass the speed of my current processor already.
This is a generic bade so it’s not made as well as an OEM part. Seems to “lock in” with my BL771 but tends to “pop out” if I don’t keep downward pressure on the top while blending my shakes. For the low price, it’ll do the job. Just don’t expect this product to last as long as the original.
