Perfect keyboard replacement and better with feel. My prior standard keyboard on my dell E5570 was not backlit and was quite clicky and noise. This is backlit, has better feel to keys and not as noisy. The keys also have better feedback when typing. I feel I can type more confident on this keyboard than previous default keyboard. I would recommend. Easy upgrade.

Like another reviewer said, it's very flimsy. The keys don't feel good typing on them (not like the original), the mouse pointer doesn't work the same as the original and many keys stopped working reliably after 5 months of use. It's cheap for a reason. Spend a little more and get OEM.

If you didn't get the backlit keyboard OR managed to tear one of the Mylar-connectors during an upgrade (like yours truly), this is a relatively inexpensive upgrade/replacement. Installation/removal requires a lot of care, though, as this is not the sort of high-grade, durable item I associate with the Dell Precision product-line.
