I was sorry that MAC discontinued the Penultimate Brow Markers and happy to find them for sale on EBay. One marker was new and wet, just the way it should be. The other one was dry and wouldn’t leave any colour on my brows or skin. It must be old stock. I’m sure another product will come along to replace this. I won’t be buying any more.
