The product seems to be genuine Moen handles, but it did not arrive as pictured. The two handles arrived in bubble wrap and tape. They were also missing the red and blue rings that indicate hot and cold (as shown in the picture). I don't mind it coming out of package (some people might) but the missing rings are disappointing.
