one word awesome
I have one that I still have and have been using it for over 20 years. I carry all the time. However the clip was getting a little weak and so. I wanted to buy another just my old one. Got is in the mail nad was surprised of the change made to clip hold the holster on to the belt. On the end it has a much better grip when but on my belt. The little extra point on the metal grip is outstanding. But for your Galco holster you will have to wait another 20 years before I will need another one. Fine Product
Galco makes some fine products including this one. I didn't buy it for the J Frame 640 but rather for the Ruger LCR 357, which it fits very nicely. Also listed for this same holster is the J Frame model 60. Although it does fit the 60, it rides way too low for easy access in the event of needing to draw. Bottom line is it's great for the LCR, but look elsewhere for a holster for the Mod 60.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
