Exact size, fit and quality expected. Working very well. During installation be mindful of clearances and double check your work. You do not need to remove tranny/rearend merely loosen or remove bolts as needed to lower them as you jack up the mower. Barely an inch or two. with bolts out and freedom of movement side to side happens; this will make removing the fan easier too. You need to remove shield too. Good luck
