You can’t buy Advil PM at chemists in Australia, so I have tried alternatives, but they don’t work as well as Advil PM. The Kirkland Acetominophen PM takes twice as long to act, about an hour. So if all you want is to get to sleep, this is the best choice in a non-perscription medicine.
