WEN is an excellent hair care line to protect your hair, specially if it's dry and exposed to elements like mine. But the Intensive Hair Treatment is definitely an outstanding asset. It keeps my hair soft, shinny and without that "freezy look" which was my greatest problem for so long. Finally I found a product that really controls my "rebel hair"! I positively recommend it.

I like this product but it is not what all the infomercials say that it is. I have been using it for a couple weeks now but every few days I feel like I HAVE to wash my hair with shampoo. I can't stand the feel of the thickness of this product in my hair its almost a greasy, heaviness that is not pleasant. The smell is wonderful and it rinses clean. Almost too clean. I don't feel like it has made my hair any healthier or any softer feeling than my previous products that I used. I will continue to use it until the bottle is gone and see what that does. I also want to try to use only this product for at least one full week without using any other product like shampoo to see if I am ruining what the product is supposed to be doing by washing my hair every few days. Shampoo is a hard habit to break!Read full review

I love wen. I don't quite use it like instructions say, I dilute it most of the time and i make sure it rinses clean and don't leave any in after. And I'm sure i don't use as much as they say to use, I mean I have really long hair, I can't afford to use it as much as they say, but it's not needed. The slightly modified way i use it I love it. The best part is your hair feel really conditioned, but doesn't look greasy. (you know when you use too much conditioner of other products but your hair looks greasy in a day or 2? well wen doesn't do that) No conditioner can "repair" hair. Once your hair is broken, it's broken. You "repair" it by cutting it, that is all you can do. So i don't claim that wen does that, but I do think I break less hair using wen. My hair just feels better, and i like it, so isn't that good enough? I think it is. Also, considering how long of use I get from a bottle of wen (with my modified use) I say it's well worth the price, I save money over traditional shampoo and conditioners. Not having to wash my hair as often is nice too, since it's so long I don't blow dry it so washing it is a commitment as it takes forever to dry. :)Read full review

Leaves your hair feeling and looking healthy.. Even when you haven't styled it yet.. Hasn't prevented my hair loss though.. After a month and a half, I am really hopeful it will still..

I have been in the hair busine for close to 30yrs. Please be careful w this product. It's currently the subject of a huge lawsuit due to permanent hair loss. I personally had 3 clients using this and 2 of the 3 began experiencing hair loss from the root (NOT breakage, literally losing the complete hair shaft). At the time I questioned if they may have a medical issue (thyroid, hormones, etc). Then it clicked, both were using Wen! Later a chemist friend explained this product builds up longterm on the scalp, causing a fungus, which can cause permanent loss. Please be aware if you use this longterm!
