Great to have them all. They put them out season by season and had trouble finding them, so it's great to be able to get them all at the same time and in one spot. .as for the show..come who can't relate to AL bundy at some point In time?? Seriously, he might be sexist, but this the funny part because he is also humble and broken down ..

I purchased this set because I love the Bundy's and this series! The value is great for getting the entire series. However, like many others have said, this set suffers from MAJOR over compression of the episodes to fit so many on one disc. If you love this series and can't afford to purchase the seasons individually, than buy this. Just realize the quality is close to VHS. But not up to par for new DVDs or Blu Ray picture or sound. Not even close. The packaging didn't bother me as much as ch as some others. I don't buy shows like this for the packaging. I buy them for the show...

This is a great DVD set if you want to own every episode of Married With Children but don't want to spend a lot of money. The image quality it not top notch but it is also not too bad. Many reviewers complain about the packaging being flimsy and the discs being stored back to back on individual cardboard cards. I did not find this to be too much of a problem and I plan on putting the discs in a separate storage place for easier access. One of my biggest issues with the set is that there is no reference information about the episodes or any kind of booklet. The individual episode names are printed on each corresponding disc and that's it. As stated before, this is a great DVD set for the money. It would be nice if someday this show were given the remastered treatment with lots of extras and a nice informational booklet. If that ever happens, expect to pay a lot more. For now, spend a few bucks and sit back and enjoy one of the funniest shows to ever air on network television. Read full review

When I was a kid I used to see this show come on from time to time and wasn't really sure if it would be a good program or not. But I gave it a shot and watched an episode and wound up falling in love with it. I mean I laughed my head off and even got my Dad into it. Now that I'm older and see most of all my childhood shows on DVD, I try to buy them just to rehash great memories and parts I missed.

Married with Children allowed America to laugh at its own shortcomings, failures, and family dysfunction, and that was a VERY good thing. The sit-coms of the fifties set impossible standards with the mother figure serving breakfast, hair coffered, and wearing pearls. This was completely and utterly dishonest. Sweet perhaps, but non-existent. Married with Children WAS honest, to a fault, and it was hilarious. Two dimensional characters, so predictable, yet we tuned in every week to see what unbelievable stupidity they would “do” now. By any standard that I know, any television show that ran for over a decade HAD to, by definition be good, very, very good. And Married with Children exceeded that benchmark, and in such a delightfully crass, crude, tasteless way. Loved every vulgar moment. In short, the show was so “bad” it has earned the right to be called CLASSIC. Read full review
