I noticed a difference in circulation
By appearance these did not look comfortable. But they are comfortable and well thought out. I have leukemia and am struggling with circulation in legs and feet. These made an immediate impact with circulation. I wear these inserts with copper compression socks. Good combo. I like them very much. I am a size 12 and these only go to 10 in the description. I was skeptical of that. But they work fine for larger sizes. They don't move around in your foot bed. Stays in place and does the trick. I saw numerous other variations on a theme with copper insoles. But went with these because of the way the copper circles are placed. It just seemed like it would be more penetrating and effective. Didn't help foot pain
