If you are into health, then you def want to avoid "wet roasted" peanuts; that is, peanuts roasted/fried/drenched in highly inflammatory vegetable oils. Unfortunately, your typical dry-roasted peanuts are either salt-free (boring), or drenched in MSG and sugar (msg is sort of a neurotoxin that overstimulates the brain to make garbage "taste great!"). So, I was delighted to discover Hoody nuts. While these nuts are not cheap, they are cheaper than macadamia nuts, which are the least inflammatory of the nuts out there. And they are healthy. Just dry-roasted peanuts and sea salt. The crunch and salty flavor of these pups deliver a gustatory delight.
