Rock solid. I thought I would hate the pluckable foam and was happy to find out that I prefer it to the velcro method - so give yourself and the foam a chance before you get dividers. Only negative - I'm 6'1" and I find that when using the wheels and handle - the case is tippy side-to-side - because I'm practically holding it vertical in order to pull it behind. Also - don't go bananas and overpack it. While the size is perfect for max-carryon on airlines around the world, you can easily go over their weight limit with batteries etc...

Long time Pelican owner. This is a rather small version of the typical larger Pelican cases but is nice for local shoots. Just 2 clamps vs the typical 4 for the larger cases. Built like a tank and great for storage when gear not in use. Provides drop and humidity protection.

This is a well built case that protects equipment. I added the user-configurable TrekPak divider system to it and it holds 2 camera bodies, 4 lenses (one of which is a super-telephoto), 4 filter cases, battery charger and three batteries and misc other smaller gear.

Very pleased as always with Pelican for providing a superior product . Presently I must have at least a dozen various cases from Pelican all of which have proven to meet any need I have .

I have two of the 1510 cases, I love them. They seem to be the perfect size for transporting equipment.
