I've heard about most of the BaByliss products are great products. That's why I wanted to try out this straightener BABNT3073TN. Sadly, it's not what I expected it to be. It doesn't heat up quickly. It doesn't glide smoothly because it has 2 little notches at the end that every time you glide your hair out, your hair would get stuck. Then you lost your hair from there. Now, I'm trying a way to return this product.
