Even tho this product was sealed, it is an older product. The newer eyeliner has a red cap on it. This product is so old the eyeliner is hard and almost impossible to apply, since it won’t glide over your skin because it has dried out a lot and is almost useless unless you have a lot of time and patience to apply. Disappointing.
