The must have item if you use SONOS!
Setup: 5 out of 5 for ease Easiest thing to do, simply plug in open app and search for item and then link to you WiFi! Installation: 5 out of 5 for ease You get a template to tape to wall to make screw holes and find studs. Then a mini block level which is a nice little tool if you don’t have one. Then the way it mounts to the wall mount is perfect. To have the bracket flat against wall with 2 lock bolts attached to makes it so easy to take on and off wall and look like it’s flush. Design: 3.6 out of 5 I love the look of the PLAYBAR however it’s not wide enough. I have a 80” TV and it makes the PLAYBAR look like it’s tiny. I’d want it at least 45-50” wide. Sound: 5 out of 5 Amazing can’t say enough, paired with play 1’s ceiling speakers and Sub WOAH!

Mostly Awesome!
I love everything about this unit... Except... and this is kind of a big 'EXCEPT'... but I suffer from occasional audio dropouts. It has something to do with my 3-year old 60" Vizio HD TV sending a Dolby Digital Plus signal that the Sonos system doesn't handle well. So when the signal gets ahead of the Sonos it falls into a "wait" mode where the audio briefly drops out for a second or two. It doesn't happen often. But it's often enough to be super annoying. This could be easily fixed by simply switching the TV's output signal from Dolby to PCM. But, the Sonos only takes Optical audio (no HDMI). PCM can't travel through the optical cable and send true 5.1 surround sound. So it gets squashed down to a stereo signal...which defeats the purpose of blasting a ton of money on a "Hi-Fi" surround system. Note: I also bought the sub and two Play 1's for a 5.1 set-up. Another annoying thing is the audio is just a tad behind the TV video... it's about a tenth to a quarter second off. My wife doesn't seem bothered by it. But it drives me bananas. I'm currently working with Sonos tech support for a remedy. Currently, no apparent quick fix is available for me.Read full review

Great sound and phenomenal experience!
I bought this as a starting point for building my 5.1 system. The playbar looks great and is flexible enough that it will fit w/ your TV location. Moving to features, I absolutely love the fact that I can control it via my iPhone. It works well w/ Spotify and others services. Overall the sound quality is great... and esp. the night feature is even more impressive.
