Then the way it mounts to the wall mount is perfect. To have the bracket flat against wall with 2 lock bolts attached to makes it so easy to take on and off wall and look like it’s flush. Design: 3.6 out of 5 I love the look of the PLAYBAR however it’s not wide enough. I have a 80” TV and it makes the PLAYBAR look like it’s tiny. I’d want it at least 45-50” wide. I purchased this before doing my due diligence and went with the recommendation of my son. My biggest issue is that there is not a remote control to control the volume, and it does not have bluetooth. I have to connect via WiFi, however, I live in a relatively rural area with very slow LTE internet and spotty service, so it’s not very user friendly for me. I have connected Alexa to this, so as to assist with volume control, but it doesn’t work very well, I’ve also tried to program my DIRECTV RF remote to it, but no luck on that. Really disappointing for such a pricey item!

I bought this as a starting point for building my 5.1 system. The playbar looks great and is flexible enough that it will fit w/ your TV location. Moving to features, I absolutely love the fact that I can control it via my iPhone. It works well w/ Spotify and others services. SOUND QUALITY I am not an audiophile so I am not the most astute sound critic, but I do enjoy music and movies. The SONOS sound bar delivers very crisp, clear sound with plenty of power. I was impressed that even in rooms that are not very good acoustically that the sound was still very good. I feel like I get the most out of my music from this bar. I added two SONOS Play 1s to the room and the sound is even better. CONNECTIVITY Being able to stream music to it from my iPod is very convenient and I enjoy that. Also, you don't need to buy the Play Connect if you can route ethernet directly to the Playbar like I did, so that can save you $50. FREEDOM Whether you go with wired speakers or wireless you still have to connect a line somewhere (power or speaker wire). The benefit of the SONOS is that there are a whole lot more power outlets than spekaer outlets so you have a lot of flexibility with how to set up your room. APP The SONOS app is put together pretty well but the controls could be a little more user friendly. It's only software so I'm sure they can improve this over time.
