Perfectly fine for curls, lying triceps extensions, etc. Knurling a tad more aggressive than a regular barbell you’d find in a gym, which I like. Sleeves are a bit rickety and make some noise, but thats the way these inexpensive bars are. 4 out of 5 stars for that reason, but it’s really not a big deal, they rotate fine.
