used for OTA HDTV viewing and recording
My 2nd one so obviously I like the product. I get an excellent picture using this antenna for OTA HDTV local channels. I bought this one to use with a digital HDTV converter box with PVR feature. Best so far!
I've tried several different antennas in my area and this one by far has eclipsed therm all. Brought in six channels just sitting on the top of the TV, the other ones could only achieve one, maybe two at the most. After moving this antenna to my attic near a window and pointing it in the general direction of Pittsburgh, PA., I rescanned and pulled in twenty four channels! Best product for less

Does not work for me
After connecting this antenna, I lost 2 stations. Then I plugged in the amplifier, and things went further downhill. I placed this directly in a window and several places around the room (within the confines of the cable length) and could not get it to function any better. very good antenna with the price
I compared it to several different antennae with similar or more price. It can receive more channels than other antennae. The included amplifier does not get me more channels or even fewer channels. It may only help reception if your TV is very far from the antenna and need to use a very long cable or you have multiple devices sharing the same antenna.
