These must be for full out race
Because of the modification to these thermostats, they flow a good portion water at start up. My Sbc with 10:1 compression, aluminum heads and intake, along with a xe268 camshaft and hi volume water pump, my engine could not reach operating temp, and the more I drove it, the colder it got.
