I've owned Brother printers before. I'm still trying to set up the wifi capability on this machine, so I can't speak to that, but it otherwise prints like a new machine when linked to my computer via the USB cable. I own a book printing business and use the Brother to print edited drafts before sending the digital file to the print shop for the actual production run. My first job for the HL-5370D was a 200+ page draft of a novel, printed duplex on bond. It did the job without a hitch in 10 -12 minutes ( I didn't put a clock on it, but it was fast enough for my needs and the quality was fine.

I really like brother printers. I find them to be excellent value for money and there is great availability of accessories on ebay. The HL-5370DW is no exception. It delivers fast accurate prints. It is set to wireless printing by default, so you will beed to reset it to wired printing for those in a wired office with no wireless computers, if you want to share it. Windows 7 already has the printer drivers so the included driver disk is a great by unnecessary perk. The printer does duplexing as well as all sorts of custom print jobs. Its a no-brainer. Buy it if you need an excellent network-ready printer for your office.
I was told that I'd need a "duplex" printer (prints on both sides) so I should plan to spend $275 for the best kind which was the Brother HL-5370DW was my best bet. My buddy said that I could get the 5340 if I couldn't manage the higher price. So I went onto E-bay to look for printers. I quickly found an HL-5370DW for $169 INCLUDING shipping. Being told forever that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, I started checking around and everything sounded just like it was advertised. So I jumped for it. The next Tuesday UPS arrived with my new printer and in a few minutes the toner was loaded, software was installed and I haven't had ANY complaints. Getting it setup for your wireless might take a couple of hour long calls to customer service in the Philippines, but once it is setup, this is a workhorse of a laser printer, good for thousands of copies. I bought htis because my work one was so dependable.
