Installed it on my 2012 BMW 328i (F30 N20). Install was easy. I had to cut the boot off the old shift knob. The boot fits nicely up onto the new shift knob, I didn’t even have to glue it. The ZHP shift knob actually made the car shift smoother and gives you more confidence when shifting. I would highly recommend it. One of my favorite mods I’ve done (and I’m FBO with w/m injection and a custom tune).

i would say that this would be an average product. aesthetically, depending on your taste, this could be considered an upgrade, but it is important to note that this is a very cheaply manufactured replica shift knob. it is very light, especially when compared to a trust grex metal shift knob. that being said, the product feels very good in the hand, and does in fact make for a nice stock replacement knob.

Although it is a bit shorter than my stock Sport shift knob, the shifting improved with the extra weight. That alone made the shift knob worth it. It also looks great inside the car and gives you more of a sporty track feel. Took me a day to get used to it but don’t regret it at all!
