Yes the voices are hit or miss, and the device is limited to saving 4 voices at a time, but I believe the play value exceeds the cost that most have sold for. You can keep figures mint in the package or use loose ones with the chip which doubles as a nice stand for the figure.Word of warning, you may start buying more commtech chip figures!
