I’ve had other medical alert devices. Some are free, but when you want to unsubscribe you must be able to return the unit in original packaging. This mobile alert is a great price and is about half of what you would pay at the company’s website. The service itself is far superior to other brands and you don’t need additional hardware to use it. Only downside is it does require charging every few days. I highly recommend this mobile medical alert and it’s service.
