Item arrived in a timely manner and in good condition, plus appears as advertised. The item came well oiled to help prevent corrosion, and the blade is unsharpened. The item is sturdily crafted, although it could use at least one predrilled screw hole on the socket to help save some work. It can be used as a dagger as well, as the socket is sturdy enough to easily act as the handle, even with being hollow. I am pleased with the item.

This is a nice heavy, we'll made item, but the blade is as dull as a butter knife, and without a sharp tip either. It needs to be taken to a knife maker for finishing. There is no mention that I can see in the listing about the blade being un-sharpened. Buy it, but don't expect to receive a real blade.
