This phone is supposed to be factory new and came sealed in its box. However, it came with alot of loaded malware not found on my original. It has proven to be a disappointment. While the photographs and set up are very good, it does not have good sound quality and everyone I call tells me they cannot hear me or there is some odd static so that only parts of the conversation are heard. I have checked all the volume settings and this seems to be a problem with the phone itself and it will drop calls. My original had great sound clarity and did not drop calls or produce this odd static. I am not sure what the issue is but this phone also has a plugin issue with the cord it came with and the plugin seems insecure for charging but it does charge. I purchased this phone because I really loved the original which cracked at the screen (my fault.) I would not buy this phone again, I really think it is a refurb packaged as factory new. I just hope it will last because it is dropping out or losing parts of conversation so fast I will have to buy a new one soon. Lastly, the ringer goes in and out unexpectedly so sometimes it will ring and sometimes it does not. Some calls will be heard and others missed even if it is sitting next to you. Its hard to fathom but for the price I would invest in another phone from the USA if you can. Ebay refunded it for me as the seller wanted me to ship it back to China at my expense as parts and guarantee it would work.Read full review
