The SpotBot is worth its weight in gold when you own a puppy. It's a lot less expensive than a new carpet. I've used the quick clean mode, deep clean and the hose/tool mode. All three work well. A large spot of dog vomit that turned the off-white carpet into a dark brown mess was cleaned to perfection. You can't tell that anything happened. I also have a full-size, upright steam cleaner for carpets. It works great, but it's big, heavy and difficult to use. Considering how many messes a ten-week old dog can make, the full-size vac is just not practical for spot clean-up. The SpotBot has solved the problem.
