Navage is much better than other nasal irrigation systems.
It is a bit tricky to use. I recommend going on Youtube and watching videos to see technique to get the proper suction in your nose happening before you start pumping salt water. (The navage has a 2-stage button that starts suction and then depress further to get water flow.) Also there are great tips on using this without having to buy the sinfully expensive pods of water and salt. I have been using my Navage with regular pickling salt and baking soda using those tricks. Works like a charm! The device is well made and works flawlessly. It has been a lifesaver with my sinus congestion. I am currently using two times in the morning (reversing the flow through my nostrils) and getting gunk flushed out each time and I do the same in the evening before getting ready for bed. It really makes it easier to breathe through the night.Read full review

A good concept that needs perfecting
The system is awkward to manage and poorly constructed (fragile plastic). The system suctions well when you learn to fit it properly on your nostrils. Salt pods are expensive and you are supposed to use a few of them a day - where they really make their money on this system. They promise you accessories with the purchase of the system but don't provide all of them when the item is shipped to you. If it was quality built, and the pods were priced reasonably, the system would be great, but as it is, the system, for the price,and the costs involved with using it, is just good.

Best Thing I Found for Sinus Problems
I cleared up a major sinus infection without antibiotics. Used the salt pods and ENT prescribed steriod liquid. Within days I could tell it was working. It is way more comfortable than squirting water up your nose and hoping it comes out the other side. It does not take long to perfect the technique of using this machine. For something that works this good I would have paid double this cost. If my house was on fire I would grab family photos and my Navage. The only problem I have is from time to time the lid where you put the pod gets stuck and difficult to open.

Can’t rate the price yet until I see how salt solutions per use is evaluated to price of unit and are yours overpriced?? Unit is engineered well and looks durable. The spring in the drain pull MUST be high quality stainless steel or better for durability. Retired firefighter helps with having breathed super heated steam on job

Allergy or Sinus issues need one of these.
I was skeptical about these at first but my wife had been using a Nettie pot and wanted a Navaho so I decided to get one and give it a try myself. I used it last night for the first time and I couldn’t believe the difference it made with just breathing. I would definitely recommend one if you have sinus issues. It takes some time to get used to and I got choked up on my first time but it was worth it.
