If you have Sony's 'Memory Stick Pro Duo Mark 2' memory sticks and need a USB card reader to import your images into your computer - THIS is the BEST device for that purpose. Period. There are MANY card readers sold by Sony, but THIS is the easiest and most reliable device that works 100% of the time. I speak from my own experience as I have a dozen Sony 2GB Memory Stick Pro Duo Mark 2 cards and this device has worked every time, unlike other Sony card readers that are bigger, fancier, and more expensive and not as easy to use - I know as I have purchased them and they sit unused. This will also work well with 'SD' Memory cards using the same single slot and there is a tiny amber-colored light that indicates when the card is "active", so be certain to use the insert and remove devices function on the 'control bar' in the desktop choices.
