Great quality
Nintendo quality is top notch. I prefer original official licensed products over third party knock offs any day. Sometimes you can get lucky and find a decent third party accessory with decent quality at a cheaper price. Most of the time they are really cheap because they are cheaply made and therefore you get cheap quality. Spend a little extra for the original product, and trust me it'll be worth it in the long run because it will last longer with better quality and design.

Perfect in every way
The sensor bar is perfect in every way, I have tried both the corded and wireless ones from Nintendo and can honestly say that the corded ones originally supplied with the Wii are far better than their wireless counterparts. The only advantage over the wireless one is ofcourse of them not being wired but with wires you don't have to worry about any batteries... and it seems like to me that with the wired connection the responsiveness of the Wii mote is far quicker.

Works like a charm!
Decided to spend just a couple of dollars more and get an official Nintendo sensor bar for a Wii I picked up at a garage sale. It plugged right in and worked great. My husband (and now 3 sons) still play his original Nintendo gaming system - yes, the one with Duck Hunt! - and it still works fine after 25 years, so I trust their products.
