There are three tabs to take off, not one. If immediate relief is needed it can be hard for the person waiting as I fumble to take off all three, with arthritic fingers. This is the first I've received of hundreds purchased that was different. Also the patch itself is flimsier, making it easier to stick to itself. I wish there was a better description.
