I purchased this unit to replace a 1860sh 03 built in mainly because it had the closest dimensions to my existing unit. They do not offer a built in kit for this model and they do not offer a technical drawing to confirm the dimensions. Every place I searched was the same. What I expected was that I was going to have to alter my existing face plate and intake and exhaust ducting. Much to my surprise this was a straight install with no modifications necessary. On the 2051 they increased the area for the air intake, but the intake duct fit just fine. According to their dimensions my face was not going to fit. The dimensions just behind the door are the same as the 1860, so it was a perfect fit. At an OPEN BOX price for a brand new unit that was an easy install I could not be happier

It is light inside, has a light that is on during cooking, as well as when the door is open. Something that was difficult to fine. Larger dishes/plates can be cooked/reheated/defrosted that in the standard sized microwave.

I bought this to replace a Profile model that was discontinued. The Profile was 12 years old and the power supply failed. This unit is basically the same as the Profile without the badge calling it a Profile. It operated a little differently in that when you enter a quick start number you must wait until the unit runs for a few seconds before adding the 30 second additions. The trim kit is different and required me to rework the mounting bracket that attaches to the underside of the Microwave. All in all it is a good unit and priced quite a bit lower that the Profile unit. Looks pretty much the same as well.
