This XOAR easily outperforms competing models from APC and Master Airscrew. Current draw on the model (660kv electric motor on 4S power) is down approximately 50 watts from an APC 15x8e with seemingly improved thrust. On a prop of this size beechwood seems to be the way to go over nylon/plastic since there's almost no flex and much lower propeller drag. I even got comments at the field about how quiet this prop was, which can be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for. This really is a great choice for performance model planes and is definitely worth the price premium over an APC. Just be careful not to nose-over under power. Beechwood is not as forgiving as plastic.
