The hard drive was removed so I couldn’t even start this up! I tried replacing it with my old one but the system wanted me to reboot with a disc (which I didn’t have) luckily I was able to fix my old so I have a computer, but now I’m out $70!! Wasn’t worth sending back!

My need for this computer is a little uncommon. I maintain some legacy software for the company that I work for. This machine is running Windows XP and is offline. Some of the software I run is DOS based from the 80s. This is a backup machine so that I can use it at home while leaving its twin at the office. I have replaced the hard drive with an SDD and do periodic clone backups. All that said, I have another one running later Windows that is a file server at home and, at one time, both my wife and I used these as our main computers at our desks in our home office. I like that they have been very reliable and are easy to work on if modifications are needed.
