New Ray Peterbuilt Delivery Truck 1/43
The overall look of the truck is fantastic, it definitely has curb appeal. I have not checked out its dimensions to see how close to the real truck it is. What I don't like is the cab roof lights and horns. These items are too flat as they are molded in and not separate items, plus there is a small area on the cab around these items that is painted, this makes them look cheap. The van sides do not appear to have any detail, which could be a plus if decals or stickers are to be applied. I suspect the track of the rear wheels is too wide, but I have not investigated to see if this is true. Like most die cast vehicles the front wheels don't turn nor do the doors open. Overall, I think it is a great addiiton to my layout and I plan on adding a few detail items.

On the large side for 1/43; O Scale
The size of this truck is on the large side for 1:43 or O scale train layout. Although this could be scaled correctly to real life "larger sized" vehicles, many real trucks could also be much smaller. This truck dwarfs other vehicles from lionel. or Corgi. Its 2.25" W x 8" L x 3" H. I would have preferred a width of 2" or slightly less, a length of 6" and a 2.75" H

Just the right size
