Bought this to upgrade to the integral tipped positioning spring, as the tiny checkball from the old spring fell off my healing bench in my den & into some rather thick carpet. This kit will work just fine on a TLLF72, so long as you reuse your old cover plate screws, as the provided screws are too small for a TLLF72.
