The left click button is "loose" which happens a lot with this model, it still clicks fine but it's not firm like it would be from the factory. Little functionality is lost.
It has been tested and is fully functional. It is not as fast as an SSD but it is plenty faster than an IDE hard drive which are getting harder to find in working condition. The hinge is tight and the keyboard and touchpad work great.
