We just finished watching the entire series this past Friday. I recommend this series to everyone that likes to watch modern day western movies at home. It is well worth the investment. I will be sharing it with my sister & brother in law.
I got hooked on this show when it was on national television. When they dropped the show, it was picked up by a streaming station that I did not subscribe to. I had seen seasons 1-3, and had heard they filmed 2 more seasons. Then I found out there were actually 6 seasons. This year I decided to try and save some money and break away from cable and satellite tv. What is never discussed is how much high speed data is eaten by streaming, especially when streaming live shows. For those that don't know, live shows are shows you watch at the same time they are broadcast on national networks. Versus on demand, which are previously recorded and eat us less high speed data.
Anyhow, I started buying tv seasons on dvd, and I found this set. Using ebay's various tools, I found the lowest price, brand new set and bought it with a discounted purchase price, which made for a smoking deal for a show I really got into. I have watched the first 4 seasons, and my dogs are not happy with me since I have spend hours binge watching the series! Great story line and great casting. I'd have given it a five but the writers got too clever in the last season and didn't stay true to their characters.
Haven't been off the grid for 10 plus years was unaware of this series. Read the reviews, spoke to a couple of friends about it. So glad I ordered it , very entertaining series one I'm sure I will watch multiple times over the coming years. Highly recommended also a great value.
I was captured at the first disk, i just couldn't stop watching. i'm over half way through and i've only had them two days. i really have to get something else done. a great show. i wish it could run forever. But then i wouldn't get anything else done A wonderful show.
