Shazam. There are fancier, better built laptops, but not for the money. This one has above-par construction and features for its price range and top-of-the-line performance unusual in this category. It's a screamer, easily faster than competitors costing twice as much or more. Not really a gaming machine (though it's possible to play them at reduced settings, which is something) but fantastic for content creation. Drawbacks are decent but not stellar screen, keyboard, and battery life that are just fine, but more in line with what you are paying.

So much performance in such a portable form factor! Great build quality. Performance gets even better when you use Ryzen Controller. Only downside is that there is just 8GB of RAM, which is shared with the GPU, so you'll want to think carefully about what you'll be using it for, especially gaming. The RAM cannot be upgraded. If it had 16GB of RAM and a screen with high color accuracy, it would the perfect portable editing machine.

I love the fast booting and start. I use this laptop for video editing. I am happy that the laptop can handle davinci resolve 17 basic, and the speed is good enough for my need.

Performs very well, especially for the price and weight. Much happier with this Acer than Dell XPS 7590 laptop. I replaced the SSD with a 1TB SSD and installed Ubuntu. Runs Ubuntu very well.
