This amplifier kit he is nothing but a board some parts and a used mosfet transistor. There are no instructions whatsoever of any kind provided with this product. You can scrounge enough information off the internet to be able to assemble it into a working amplifier, if you have some experience with solid-state RF design you can figure it out with some effort. BUYER BEWARE THIS KIT CONTAINS A SALVAGED MOSFET TRANSISTOR. IF YOU END UP WITH A BAD TRANSISTOR IT WILL BE QUITE A BIT OF EFFORT TO GET A REPLACEMENT AND IT WILL PROBABLY COST YOU MORE TO PURCHASE A NEW MOSFET THAN KIT COST ITSELF. As far as being a hundred watt amplifier, if you drive it at some non standard voltage and push it to the point of near failure of the transistor, you might be able to get a hundred Watts Peak envelope power out of it. However running it at 13.8 volts and barely keeping it out of saturation you will only get about 40 to 45 Watts Peak envelope power from this kit. Be aware that driving this was anything more than 3 to 4 Watts will result in destruction of the transistor!Read full review

Originally bought the assembled version of this set. Documentation can be found online. Construction can be completed within 2 hours. Works fine with any LPF. Do not exceed the 5 watt input level. Made 2 contacts over weekend on 40 meters (572 and 400 miles during the day). the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was lack of a schematic diagram.
