Good sound quality however...
Good sound quality however...its comfortable for only short periods of time as the dual cups create a ear fatiguing effect and less comfort worse in warmer humid weather. Hard to adjust mouthpiece to where you want it, good if you are in a noisy environment however, for me I use the GN 2000 now with a Polycom phone and I'm good to go

Works well with cordless handset that has a headphone jack!
