Durable, lightweight, large pockets, great price equals satisfied customer.
Large, deep pockets, waterproof (I tested it in the tub). Easy install/removal from bicycle. Reflective large lettering on both sides helps makes you visible to motorists. Favorite feature.. top bag converts to a backpack!!

Good, but room for improvement.
I think this pannier bag set is worth the $25 that I paid, but keep in mind a really good pannier bag product costs a lot more than $25. I'm moving overseas later this year, so I bought these just to get me by until then. I don't expect the bags to last longer than one season of commuting to work. While the attachment system is a little cumbersome, the bags stay put and I have not had any issues with them bouncing around or coming loose so far. The bag material seems sturdy, but I expect the zippers to start having problems soon, as they are not very strong. At this price point, you really can't expect greatness and that is the case with this product. They are okay bags that are priced appropriately.

Nice bags for moderate cyclists
I upgraded to this bag system from my other Roswheel pannier bag because I wanted a bit more room. I have my daughter my old Roswheel pannier bag and she's happy. The mounting system seems a bit better than my other bag was. Zippers operate flawlessly. The bags are sturdy enough for my use which is taking the kids on rides carrying their things, light shopping and taking the kids to and from school where I occasionally have to carry their projects home. The top bag will sit on top loose if empty so I keep it in a side bag until needed. I am not an avid distance cyclist, just an in town cyclist for fun so I can't vouch for how these would hold up for the cyclists that travel but for an amateur like me it fits my needs well.

Good Quality - Good Bargin
I have several items from Roswheel and they have all exceeded my expectations. This pannier is also of the same quality. I wanted a set that would be large enough to hold my things but small enough that they wouldn't interfere with my riding. I highly recommend these panniers.
